Shipping Policy

1. Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.

  • You will receive a notification when your order has been shipped.

2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

We offer the following shipping options:

Note: Delivery times may vary due to factors outside our control, including carrier delays, curier or weather conditions.

3. Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. You can track your shipment using the link provided in the email.

4. Shipping Restrictions

  • We currently ship to Bangladesh only

  • We do not ship to outside of Bangladesh


Return Policy

1. Return Eligibility

We want you to love your purchase. If you're not completely satisfied, you may return eligible items within 14 days of delivery under the following conditions:

  • Items must be unused/undamage, unopened, and in the original packaging.

  • Items must be accompanied by a valid proof of purchase.

Note: For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns of opened perfumes or cosmetic products.

2. How to Initiate a Return

To request a return:

  1. Contact us at [support@perfumeworld.com] with your order number and reason for return.

  2. Our team will review your request and provide return instructions.

  3. You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was received damaged or incorrect.

3. Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you via email.

  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

4. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. We will arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate.
